Upcoming Design Thinking for HR Leaders Public Workshops:
According to Tim Brown, CEO of IDEO:
“Design thinking is a human-centered approach to innovation that draws from the designer’s toolkit to integrate the needs of people, the possibilities of technology, and the requirements for business success.”
In order to transform the way we work, we need to think differently, and consider from a human point of view what is desirable, what is feasible from a technical perspective and what is economically viable. Thinking like a designer can transform the way our organisations look after our customers and employees.
